Michael Wayne Whipp, age 53 of Baltimore (Hamilton) passed away Friday, March 24, 2017. Born in Baltimore, the beloved son of Marion Garber and husband Paul of Hamilton and the late Clifford D. Whipp, Sr.; dear brother of Sandra Widmark and husband Michael of Hagerstown, Vicky Sladek and husband Joseph of Middle River, Teri George and fiance Scott Blasi of Hamilton, Wayne C. Whipp of Essex and the late Clifford D. Whipp, Jr.; loving fiance of Lisa Willis of Hamilton. Also survived by his loving nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends Wednesday, March 29, 2017 from 5-9PM in the family owned Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 7527 Harford Rd, Baltimore. A funeral service will begin at 8PM
