Jim and I became fast Christian friends just after Audrey died. He has always presented a warm smile and firm handshake. We even worked together on his many photographs. Jim was faithful and enthusiastic in participation with BrightView's Christian Fellowship, and willingly assisted in restoring the room for the next activity. On Sunday, Nov. 27, the last thing we shared was his request that I pray for the health of his son-in-law Bob. My heart will always foster Christian love and appreciation for Jim. Our final words were of love for each other. Little did either of us realize that this would be our final greeting. God bless the memory of Jim McPhee, and may He bestow the peace and comfort of Christ upon Jim’s family and friends.
