Yun Kam Yim, age 63, of Nottingham, passed away suddenly on Thursday, February 6, 2025. Beloved, cherished husband of Sau King Chow; loving, proud father of Ka Ching Yim and husband Kam Hin Ho of Nottingham and Siu Shun Yim of Nottingham. Born in China, he emigrated to America from Hong Hong and was the owner and operator of 2 construction businesses. He will be lovingly missed by his family and friends.
Family will receive friends on Sunday, February 16, 2025 from 1:00 - 4:00 PM, in the family owned Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 7527 Harford Rd, Parkville.
