Vitali Tarnovski, age 80, of Owings Mills, passed away on Saturday, September 17, 2022. Born in Kyiv, Ukraine, the beloved husband of Svetkhana Gurzhi; loving father of Marina Prezenchuk and husband Sergey of Pikesville and Galina Karakulko and husband Gary of Pikesville. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren. He will be lovingly missed by his family and friends.
A Memorial Prayer Service will be held Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at 3:30 P.M. in the family owned Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 7527 Harford Rd, Parkville/Baltimore.
