Clarence Victor "Vic" Williams of Towson, passed away Saturday, June 15, 2024 in his 98th year. Born in West Virginia to the late Charles Alex Williams and Daisy Mae (Goodwin) Williams; beloved husband of Jeanne Williams; loving father of Myrna Sharon Kincaid and Victor Lynn Williams. Also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He will be lovingly missed.

Friends will be received in on Friday, July 12, 2024 from 10:30-11:00 AM in Aisquith Presbyterian Church, PCA, 7515 Harford Rd, Parkville, MD. A Memorial Service officiated by Rev. John Ceselsky will begin at 11:00 AM. A luncheon will follow in Jerry D's Restaurant, 7808 Harford Rd, Parkville, MD
