Tina Marie Hutchins, age 55 of Middle River passed away Sunday, January 19, 2020. Born in Baltimore to the late Francis E. Howard, Sr. and Dorothy E. M. (Swanson) Howard; beloved husband of Thomas P. Hutchins; loving mother of the late Kenneth Byrd, Jr.; dear sister of Francis E. Howard, Jr. and wife Joanne of Middle River, Iona Hurtt and husband Wesley of Middle River and the late Priscilla Starck. Tina was employed by Martin Marietta and will be missed by her family and friends.
