Timothy Cliffe

Timothy J. Cliffe, age 73 of Emmitsburg passed away Saturday, September 10, 2022. Born in Chicago, IL to the late Frank Cliffe, Jr. and Patricia (MacHatton) Cliffe; beloved father of Rachel Crawford Cliffe; cherished brother of Sara Cliffe and husband Peter Guthrie of Arlington, MA, Martha Mervis and husband Jeffrey of Silver Spring and Alan Cliffe of Cleveland, OH; loving companion of Carolyn Bowman Brown of Baltimore. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his wife Elena Constantine. He was a long time Social Security employee, retiring as the Director of Child Disabilities. 

A Green Burial Service officiated by Chaplain/Cantor Nancy Ginsberg was held in Baltimore Hebrew Cemetery, Reisterstown on Thursday, September 15, 2022. He will be lovingly missed by his family and friends.
