Obituary

Thomas Charles Presti, age 71, of Towson, Maryland, passed away September 1, 2023. Born in Baltimore to the late Vincent Francis Presti and Carmella Joanne (Spadaro) Presti; beloved husband of Tamara Marie (Bechtel) Presti; father of Victor Presti of Oceanside, CA; Matthew Presti of Union Bridge, MD; and Lauren Townsend of Port Republic, MD; grandfather of Maria Presti, Kassidy Clark, Marilyn Clark, and preceded in death by granddaughter Madeline Presti. Brother of Joanne Stoner, Vincent Presti, Darlene Nash, and Mary Turbiville, preceded in death by sister, Rose (Presti) Verducci and brother, Anthony Presti. Tom retired from the State of Maryland where he served as the Superintendent for the Department of General Services in Baltimore. Tom was an avid collector of die-cast cars especially Matchbox and Hot Wheels. He also loved memorabilia and all things related to World War II. He was a huge Beatles fan. He will be lovingly missed by his family and friends. Arrangements are private.
