Thomas Leroy Mitchell, Sr., age 81 of Middle River and Towson, passed away on Sunday, March 30, 2025. Born in Baltimore to the late Francis L. and Estelle (Litz) Mitchell; beloved father of Thomas L. Mitchell, Jr. and wife Karen of Joppa; proud grandfather of Sarah Mitchell; dear brother of the late Robert Mitchell, Frances Tanzell and Maryellen Roth. Also survived by other relatives and friends. He loved animals deeply, was a retired plumber and owned and operated a craft business. He will be lovingly missed.

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 3, 2025 from 6:30-8:30 PM in the family owned Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 7527 Harford Rd, Parkville/Northeast Baltimore.
