Thomas Dorsey Hall, Jr., age 74 of Lutherville passed away Monday, November 25, 2019. Born in Baltimore to the late Ida L. (Manguin) Hall and Thomas D. Hall, Sr.; beloved husband of the late Dorlene Hall; loving father of Dorian Bock of Timonium, Paige Hall of Lutherville and Joanna Hall of Baltimore. Mr. Hall proudly served in the Navy during the Vietnam War. He will be lovingly missed by his family and friends
