Shirley Vandever Dissinger, of Oak Crest Village in Parkville, passed away Saturday, June 15, 2024 in her 94th year. Born in Pennsylvania, the beloved daughter of the late Robert and Mary (Heyburn) Vandever; cherished wife of the late Richard Dissinger; loving mother of Karen Wallace and her husband Paul of Perry Hall and Neil Dissinger and wife Maureen of Baltimore; proud grandmother of Nora Diepenbrock, Kelly Vernago, Charles Dissinger and George Dissinger; dear great-grandmother of Levi, Charlotte, Jacob and Louisa. Also survived by other relatives and friends. She will be lovingly missed.

Family will receive friends on Friday, June 21, 2024 from 2:00-4:00 PM and 6:00-8:00 PM in the family owned Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 7527 Harford Rd, Parkville/Northeast Baltimore. A Funeral Service officiated by Rev. John Ceselsky will be held the following day, Saturday, June 22, 2024 at 11:00 AM in  Aisquith Presbyterian Church, PCA, 7515 Harford Rd, Parkville/Northeast Baltimore. Please park at Parkview Funeral Home for the funeral service. Interment will follow in Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens, 5598 Trumps Mill Rd, Baltimore.
