Robert Carroll "Rob" Simmons, age 40, of Carney, passed away on Sunday, December 28, 2025. Born in Towson, the beloved son of Carroll and Carole (Fisher) Simmons of Carney; loving brother of Shannon Simmons; proud, dear uncle of Madisyn Cook and Tyler Perry. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He earned a Specialized Technology degree from Bradley Academy for the Visual Arts in TN and was a Graphic Artist for Strategic Factory in Owings Mills. He will be lovingly missed by his family and friends.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, January 3, 2026, from 2:00-4:00 PM and 6:00-8:00 PM, in the family owned Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 7527 Harford Rd, Parkville/Northeast Baltimore.
