Richard Howard "Rick" Hess, passed away Thursday, July 20, 2023. Born in Baltimore, a beloved son of Roger and Nellie (Ryan) Hess of White Hall; dear brother of Karen Weinreich of White Hall and Ron Hess of Forest Hill. Rick served in the NAVY and will be lovingly missed by his family and friends.
