Richard Evans "Dick" Buehner, age 79, of Towson, passed away on Thursday, October 30, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Baltimore to the late Karl Hugo Buehner and Alice Elizabeth (Trott) Buehner; beloved, cherished husband of Jane (Murphy) Buehner; loving, supportive father of Kerry Riggs and husband Matt of Rodgers Forge/Towson; proud, loving grandfather of Tommy and Abby Riggs. He is also survived by other family members and many friends. Dick proudly served in the Army, earned a Bachelors Degree from Johns Hopkins University and was a retired BGE computer specialist. He will be lovingly missed.
A private interment will be held.
