Richard Lee "Ricky" Fassell, age 68 of Nottingham, passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2024. Born in Quantico, VA, a beloved son of Lucille (Edenton) Fassell of Baltimore; cherished brother of Harry Fassell of Dundalk, Jo Ann Shearer of Nottingham and the late Sidney Fassell and Barbara Ann Hurley; proud uncle of Joshua Hurley, Sr., Heather Claus and Ashley McCandless; loving great-uncle of Joshua, Jr., Delana, Gabriella, Layne, Malcom and Mae; dear brother-in-law of Geraldine Fassell of Abingdon. Also predeceased by his father Harry W. Fassell. He will be lovingly missed by his family and friends.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 from 10:00-11:30 AM. A Funeral Service will follow at 11:30 AM. Interment will be in Oak Lawn Cemetery, Baltimore.
