Richard David Brown, Jr. age 51 of Parkville passed away Monday, April 23, 2018. Born in Baltimore a son of the late Richard D. Brown, Sr. and Helen Brown; Beloved husband of Ruth P. "Pam" Brown; cherished father of Richard Brown of Parkville, Holly O'Neill and husband Eric of Baltimore, Josh Brown of Middle River, Hannah Brown and David Brown, both of Parkville; dear brother of Michael Brown of WV, Sue Brown of Baltimore and the late Mark and George Brown; proud grandfather of Jayden, Ivan and Nessa O'Neill. Rich was a wonderful man and will be lovingly missed by everyone.

A Visitation for Richard and Pam will be held Sunday, April 29, 2018 from 3-5 and 7-9 PM in the family owned Parkview Funeral Home, 7527 Harford Rd, Parkville. A Funeral Service celebrating Richard's and Pam's lives will be held Monday, April 30, 2018 in Aisquith Presbyterian Church, 7515 Harford Rd, Parkville. Interment will follow in Crest Lawn Memorial Gardens, 2150 Mt. View Rd, Marriottsville.
