Richard Boggs, age 68 of Towson, passed away Friday, March 3, 2023. Born in Kokomo, Indiana, the beloved husband of the late Evelyn Boggs; loving brother of Joseph Boggs of Frederick, Beverly Ditzen of California, Marleen Kilpatrick of North Carolina and the late Robert Boggs and Patricia Sawin; dear brother-in-law of Katherine Ackerman of Parkville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
