Raphael Zoppo, Sr.

Raphael Paul Zoppo, age 91 of Parkville, Maryland, passed away on February 5, 2021. He was the son of the late, Pasquale Zoppo and Margherita (Mercurio) Zoppo of Baltimore Maryland. He is survived by his beloved wife, Rita (Lombardi) Zoppo. Loving father of Marie Leineweber  (David) of Raleigh, North Carolina, Patricia Kane (Jack) of Parkville, Maryland, Barbara Smith of Aberdeen, Maryland, Carol Francis (Mark) of Perry Hall, Maryland and Raphael Zoppo, Jr (Kathy) of Carney, Maryland.  Cherished grandfather of Jeffrey, Megan, Paula, Eric, Andrew, Daniel, Ray, Natalie, Robert, Bryan and Evan and great grandfather of Alex, Aaron, Lillian, Judah, Maeve and Augie. Raphael proudly served his country during the Korean War. He will be lovingly missed by his immediate family as well as many other family members and loved ones. 

No viewing will be held. A Graveside Service will be held Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at 11:00 AM in Moreland Memorial Park Cemetery, 1601 Taylor Ave, Parkville. A Funeral Mass to Celebrate his life at a future date to be determined.
