Randall Woelper Obituary

Randall Talbert "Randy" Woelper, age 52 of Parkville and South Carolina, passed away Saturday, May 22, 2021. Born in Baltimore to the late Edmund C. and Sandra (Melcher) Woelper; father of Alec Harrison of Baltimore and Alexandra Woelper of Elkridge; brother of the late Edmund F. Woelper; lifelong friend of David M. Evans and wife Susan of Parkville; brother-in-law of Maureen Anderson of Parkville. Also survived by friend Dorothea Samuel of Elkridge. Randy will be lovingly missed by his family and friends.

Family will receive friends for a Memorial Gathering/Visitation on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 from 7:00-8:30 P.M. in the family owned and operated Parkview Funeral Home, 7527 Harford Rd, Parkville/Baltimore. Due to current Baltimore City covid19 restrictions everyone must be wearing a mask to enter the funeral home.
