Patricia Capen Ryan, age 73 of Parkville, passed away Monday, December 6, 2021. Born in Baltimore to the late David and Dolores (Fink) Capen; beloved wife of Victor Ryan, Jr.; devoted mother of Jessica Shellman of Aberdeen and David Brookhart of Parkville; dear sister of Mary Rocks and husband Dennis of Hamilton/Baltimore and the late Janet Taylor; proud grandmother of Terrance Shellman, Kayla Shellman and Alyssa Fowlkes; loving great-grandmother of Khylie and Khloe Williams. She will be lovingly missed by her family and friends.
