Born in Havre de Grace, MD, the beloved daughter of the late Roy and Sandra (Funk) Barlow; loving sister of Ronald Barlow of Darlington; dear aunt of Jamie Adams and family of Havre de Grace. She will be lovingly missed by her family and friends.
