Owen Ronald "Ron" Shanklin, age 82 of Parkville passed away Wednesday, July 8, 2020. Born in West Virginia to the late Harry and Glenna Shanklin; beloved husband of Carmella Victoria "Vickie" (Curreri) Shanklin; loving father of Robin Bivins of N.C. and Lori Fales of Perry Hall; dear grandfather of Dana Bivins, Amy Bivins and Timothy A. Fales. He earned a Bachelors Degree and was a Programming Supervisor for the Department of Defense before retiring. He will be lovingly missed by his family and friends.
