Oliver W. Noel, Sr., age 93 of Parkville passed away Monday, July 22, 2019. Born in Maryland to the late Samuel and Katherine (Wagner) Noel; beloved husband of Lillian Noel; proud loving father of Darlene Nicklas, Oliver Noel, Jr., Richard Noel and Robert Noel.

Private interment of cremated remains and presentation of Military Honors will take place.
