Nellie Ruth Hess, age 92, of White Hall, passed away on Sunday, October 26, 2025. Born in Fallston to the late Lester and Emma (Townsley) Ryan; beloved wife of the late Roger Hess; loving, mother of Karen Weinreich of White Hall, Ronald Hess of Bel Air and the late Richard Hess; proud grandmother of Casey Weinreich-Sheffer and the late Cody Weinreich; dear great-grandmother of Killian Weinreich. Also survived by other relatives and friends. She loved rural, farm living and will be lovingly missed by her family and friends.
