Michael Soper Obituary
Michael Stephen Soper, age 74 of Parkville/Northeast Baltimore, passed away Thursday, June 1, 2023. Born in Oakhill, West Virginia to the late Leroy and Betty (Cale) Soper; father of Rebecca Soper of Ellicott City. He served in the Navy, earned a Master's Degree in Engineering, was a retired Mechanical Engineer and will be missed by his family and friends.
