Melvin C. Woodell, Jr., age 67 of Baltimore, passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2022. Born in Baltimore to the late Melvin C. Woodell, Sr. and Barbara (Zorn) Woodell; beloved father of Stephen Woodell; dear husband of Kathleen (Smutniak) Woodell. He owned and operated a construction business and will be lovingly missed by his family and friends.
