Melvin W. Kougl of Bel Air passed away Thursday, February 13, 2020 in his 70th year. Born in Baltimore to the late Melvin and Florence (nee Wagner) Kougl; beloved husband of Sandra Kougl. He is also survived by relatives and friends. He will be lovingly missed.

Family invites friends to a Memorial Service on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at 11 AM in Christian Fellowship Church, 135 Industry Lane, Forest Hill, MD 21050.
