Mark Anthony Kozlowski, age 61 of Fells Point/Baltimore, passed away on Sunday May  5, 2024. Born in Baltimore to the late Paul A. and Betty Lou (Schreiner) Kozlowski; beloved husband of Angela (Garcia) Kozlowski; loving father of Franklin Kozlowski of Northeast, Julia, Marcus and Zachary Kozlowski, all of Baltimore; dear brother of Paul J. Kozlowski and wife Mary of Bel Air, Allen Norfolk of Baltimore and Debie Pelyak and husband George of Rosedale; proud grandfather of Ivan Kozlowski. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and colleagues. He was an Attorney at Law and will be lovingly missed.

Family will receive friends for a Memorial Visitation on Thursday, May 16, 2024 from 4:00-7:00 PM.
