Manuel Villarba, age 82 passed away Saturday, October 5, 2019. Born in Philippines the beloved husband of Erlinda Villarba; loving father of Jose Mendelssohn Villarba and wife Juliet of Philippines, Maria Evangeline Villarba of Baltimore, John Mildenberger Villarba of Philippines, Maria Erinna Soriano and fiance Greg Gonda of Bel Air and Melchizedek Villarba and wife Marivic of Perry Hall; proud grandfather of Jhoana Marie Tandog of Philippines, Mark Jefferson Villarba of Philippines, Jared Soriano of Glen Burnie, Jordan Soriano of Glen Burnie, Madison Villarba of Perry Hall, Frances Marie Villarba of Philippines, Morgan Villarba of Perry Hall, Asher Marie Villarba and Chuchay Villarba, both of Philippines. Also survived by his great-grandchildren, Naomi Tandog of Philippines and Paisley Soriano of Glen Burnie. He earned Bachelor's Degrees in Business and Photography and will be lovingly missed.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 from 3-5 and 7-9 PM in the family owned and operated Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 7527 Harford Rd, Parkville. A Catholic Prayer Funeral Service will begin at 7 PM
