Louis Frank Persiano, age 88 of Abingdon passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2020. Born in Baltimore to the late Adam and Victoria (Mosca) Persiano; beloved husband of Mary L. "Penny" Persiano; loving father of Valerie Persiano of Glen Arm, Christine Frazier of Bel Air; dear step-father of Sandra Grden and husband David of Abingdon, Kimberly Heinekamp and husband Mark of Catonsville and Kelly Rather of Essex; proud grandfather of 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. He served in the Coast Guard, was a retired Westinghouse engineer and will be lovingly missed by his family and friends.
