Lorene Merenda

Lorene Thelma Merenda, passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2020 in her 91st year. Born in Virginia to the late Jonas and Ethel (Waybright) Colaw; beloved wife of the late John H. Merenda; loving mother of John Merenda and wife Jill of Shadyside, Mary Ann Kauffman and husband Roger; Theresa Redmon of Abingdon and the late Pamela Dohler and Joseph Merenda; dear sister of the late Martin Lane Colaw; proud grandmother of Greg Dohler, Kim Pfeiffer, Jacob Kauffman, Colin Kauffman, Sarah Kauffman, Daniel Kauffman, Caroline Kauffman, Tyler Redmon, Dawn Sylce, Kerry Moore and Jacob Merenda. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. 

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 from 4-7 PM in the family owned Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 7527 Harford Rd, Parkville. A private Funeral Service and Burial will be held. Current State of Maryland Covid19 restrictions on gathering sizes applies. You may have to wait a few minutes before entering the funeral home.
