Livingston Ray Stubbs, age 71 of Hampden/Baltimore, passed away Friday, November 25, 2022. Born in North Carolina to the late Norman and Ruby Stubbs; beloved husband of Diane L. (McDonald) Stubbs; loving father of Michelle Decker and husband John of Dundalk; proud grandfather of Austin Bayne and Caleb Slatter. Also survived by brothers, sisters and other relatives in North Carolina. He will be lovingly missed by his family and friends.
