Kenneth Lewis Elliott, Jr., age 83 of Parkville, passed away Friday, February 10, 2023. Born in Baltimore to the late Kenneth Elliott, Sr. and Dorothy (Talbott) Elliott; dear father of Yvonne Shealy of Travelers Rest, SC, Kenneth T. Elliott of Lewisburg, NC and Bryan Elliott of Parkville. He enjoyed walks in nature especially Lake Roland and will be lovingly missed by his family and friends.
