Kathleen Carroll Bevins, age 64 of Essex, passed away Friday, August 6, 2021. Born in Baltimore, a beloved daughter of Kenneth and Shirley (Shiflett) Greggs; cherished wife of Oscar Bevins; loving mother of Brandon Bevins and fiance' Jen McNamara of Perry Hall; dear sister of Kim Shiflett and Gary Greggs, both of Dundalk. She was a real estate agent before retiring. She will be lovingly missed by her family and friends.
