Judith Annette "Judy" Foehrkolb, age 66, of Parkville, passed away at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL battling cancer. Born in Baltimore to the late Theodore "Teddie" Kittelt and Rosalie (Manganello) Kittelt; beloved wife of Bruce Foehrkolb, Sr., loving, caring, mother of Clinton Max Shell, Jr. of Parkville, David Shell of Parkville, Bruce Foehrkolb, Jr. and wife Melanie of Parkville and Nicole Foehrkolb of Baltimore; dear sister of Deborah Kittelt of Parkville and Adam Wolf of Baltimore; proud grandmother of Sierra Dulsky, Hailey Shell, Mackenzie Foehrkolb, Elijah Shell, Jaden Maxwell, Emilee Foehrkolb, Jacob Shell, Carlie Foehrkolb, Bruce Foehrkolb, III and Aleigha Keen; cherished great-grandmother of Kameron Johnson and N'Lani Bryant. She is also survived by other family members and many friends. She will be lovingly missed.

Family will receive friends on Friday, November 7, 2025 from 3:00-5:00 PM and 7:00-9:00 PM, in the family owned and operated, Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 7527 Harford Rd, Parkville/Northeast Baltimore. A Funeral Service will begin at 8:30 PM.
