John Carlile Vogel, Jr., age 69 of Rosedale, passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, surrounded by his family. Born in Baltimore to the late John C. Vogel, Sr. and Mildren "Verna" (Wise) Vogel; beloved husband of Jill (Joiner) Vogel; loving, father of Thomas Vogel, Andrew Vogel and Eric Wong, all of Rosedale; proud grandfather of Mackenzie Wong; dear brother of Barbara Kelly of Parkville. John was the long time manager of Maria's Carry Out on Taylor Ave in Parkville. He will be lovingly missed by his family, friends and customers.
