John Linton Obituary

John Arthur Linton, age 88 of Oakcrest Village in Parkville, passed away Sunday, August 29, 2021. Born in his childhood home in Parkville to the late Arthur and Jean (Woodward) Linton; beloved husband of the late Nancy (Carroll) Linton; loving father of Linda Ports and husband James of Jarrettsville, Christine Conti and husband Peter of Pasadena, CA and Jacquelyn Mumley and husband Michael of Glen Rock, PA; dear brother of the late James Linton; proud grandfather and great-grandfather of 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren (1 more due very soon). He served his country in the Air Force and was a retired telecommunications supervisor. Mr. Linton will be lovingly remembered by his family and friends.

A Graveside service with presentation of Military Honors is being planned.
