John W. Hipp, age 83 of of Middle River, passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2022. Born in Baltimore to the late Wilbur and Lucille (Harbaugh) Hipp; beloved husband of Carol Hipp; loving father of Tracey Webb of Bolton, NC; proud grandfather of Telvin Hines, Jr. of Bolton, NC. He served in the Air Force, was retired from the Port of Baltimore and will be lovingly remembered by his family and friends.
