John F. DeBrouse, age 60 of Bel Air, passed away Monday, May 24, 2021. Born in Maryland to the late John J. and Helen (DiPietro) DeBrouse; beloved father of Nikki McCargar of Annapolis, Lauren DePoy of Pittsburgh and John DeBrouse of Chicago; dear brother of Donna Volpe of Bel Air; proud grandfather of Cormac McCargar. He served in the Navy and will be lovingly remembered by family and friends.
