James "Phil" Reed Obituary
(James) Phil Reed, age 72 of Towson, passed away on Friday, June 12, 2026. Born in Virginia to the late James and Faye (Harris) Reed; beloved husband of Ellen Hochman; loving brother of Sandra Honour of Fairfax. Also survived by other family members and many friends. Phil served in the Army and was an avid cyclist. He will be lovingly missed.
His Gravesite Funeral Service will be on Monday June 22, 2026. Please arrive between 1:30 and 1:45
