Helen Frances Williams, age 97 of Parkville, passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 in her 98th year. Born in Baltimore to the late John Rumel, Sr. and Hilda (Safranek) Rumel; beloved wife of the late Lewis Williams, Sr.; cherished mother of Joann Honchar (her late husband Dennis) of Ellicott City, Donald Williams, Sr. and wife Bernadette of Parkville, Cathy Schissler and husband Christopher of Westminster and the late James Williams and Lewis Williams, Jr. (surviving wife Jeannine); dear sister of the late Margaret Ourednik, Herman Rumel, John Rumel, Jr. and Hilda Rumel; proud grandmother of Denise Allegro, Donald Williams, Jr., Mary Wall, Rebecca Register, Jeffrey Honchar, Kimberly Hammond, Grant Williams, Morgan Williams, Grayson Schissler, Garth Williams and Dillon Schissler. Also survived by 10 loving great-grandchildren. She will be lovingly missed by her family and friends.

Family will receive friends on Thursday, February 15, 2024 from 2:00-4:00 PM and 6:00-8:00 PM in the family owned Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 7527 Harford Rd, Parkview. A Funeral Service will be officiated on Friday, February 16, 2024 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in Parkwood Cemetery.
