Franklin Delinor Kirby, Sr., age 80, of Baltimore, passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2026. Born in South Carolina to the late Boyd and Inez (Agnew) Kirby; loving father of John Smith and wife Laverne of Randallstown, Franklin Kirby, Jr. and wife Renee Lee-Kirby of Randallstown, Kenneth Kirby of Baltimore, Ira Kirby of Baltimore and the late Thomas Wesley Smith; dear brother of Renee Ross of Baltimore, Lemuel Kirby-Davis of NC and the late Tammy Kirby, Elaine Kirby-Bryant and Bobby Ross. Also survived by 11 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He will be lovingly missed.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, July 11, 2026, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM in the family owned Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 7527 Harford Rd, Parkville/Northeast Baltimore.
