Francisco Mendoza, age 85 of Baltimore/Bayview, passed away on Friday, March 28, 2025. Born in Colombia, the beloved, cherished husband of Carmen E. Chica; loving, proud father of Ibeth Revell and Ana Cervantes. Also survived by his grandchildren, other relatives here and in Columbia and friends. He was a retired asphalt paving foreman. He will be lovingly missed.
