Francis K. Ragland, age 82 of Gwynn Oak, passed away on Monday, February 10, 2025. Born in Baltimore to the late Orin and Laura (Beacraft) Ragland; beloved husband of Janet M. (Bertling) Ragland; loving father of Patricia Bowman and husband John of Parkville, Michael Ragland and wife Lisa of Parkville and Allen Ragland of Glen Burnie; proud grandfather of 4 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren; dear brother of Laura Christine Pear. Also survived by stepson, Joseph Slack of Halethorpe, other relatives and friends. He will be lovingly missed.
A Graveside service will be held on Monday, February 17, 2025 at 11:00 AM in Parkwood Cemetery, 3310 Taylor Ave, Baltimore. Please arrive at cemetery office parking lot by 10:55 AM.
