Francis Kelly, age 66 of Laurel, passed away on Friday, January 23, 2026, surrounded by his family. Born in Texas, the beloved husband of Leslie Gail Kelly; proud father of Brooks Kelly of Frank Kelly of Laurel, Leslie Frances Kelly of Elkridge and Brooks Kelly of Laurel. Also survived by his grandchildren, other relatives and friends. He will be lovingly missed.
An interment service was held on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, in Emmanuel Methodist Church Cemetery, 10755 Scaggsville Rd, Laurel.
