Francine Stump, age 77, of Perry Hall passed away on Aug. 4, 2024 in Baltimore Md. after a 4 month struggle with severe complications from sepsis. She worked for the Government in Woodlawn for 37 years before retiring in 2002. Francine was predeceased by her father Frank P. Guiffrida and mother Jane (nee Marlowe). She is survived by her husband Eugene W. Stump Jr., daughter Amy R. Stump and her life partner Robert Himes, granddaughter Emily Himes, Brother Gerard Guiffrida and his wife Kathy, plus cousins, nieces and nephews. Francine was a totally selfless person, and always had positive thoughts, no matter how bleak things might look. Her favorite poem was “Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening” by Robert Frost. The meaning of the poem should not be forgotten by any of us during our short time on this Earth. She will be sorely missed by all family and friends. Services will be private. No flowers please.
