Elva Ruth Linthicum, age 84 of Parkville (formerly of Clearwater, FL) passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2022. Born in Germantown, PA to the late Therman and Ruth (Miller) Tilton; beloved wife of the late Richard W. Linthicum, Sr.; loving mother of Ruth Baisden and husband Ernie of Parkville and the late Richard W. Linthicum, Jr.; proud grandmother of Jacquelyn, Ryan and Lauren Baisden. She had been a long time foster parent helping better the lives of many children. She will be lovingly missed by her family and friends in Maryland and Florida.
