Elsie Juanita Tracey-Stidham, age 65 passed away Tuesday, November 30, 2021. A beloved daughter of the late Samuel W. Bales, II and Loretta (Ely) Bales; loving wife of the late Ronald Tracey and Earl A. Stidham; cherished mother of Michael A. Stidham and wife Jessica M. Hagar; dear sister of Lois C. "Sue" Brown; Warren S. "Scott" Bales, Anthony L. Bales, John W. Bales, Kevin L. Bales; proud grandmother of Sommer M. Stidham, Cheyenne M. Stidham and Kody M. Stidham. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. She will be lovingly missed.
