Elmer Ross Frederick

Elmer Ross Frederick, age 93 of Parkville passed away Thursday, October 28, 2021. Born in Ellicott City, the beloved son of the late Charles and Louise (Gover) Musgrove; cherished husband of the late Catherine (Flaherty) Frederick; loving father of Sean Frederick of Edgemere, Douglas Frederick (Nancy Corteal) of Perry Hall and Kelly Frederick of Parkville and Essex; dear brother of the late Carolyn (Frederick) Spitzer; cherished grandfather of Renee Riddle and husband Richard of Boonsboro; proud great-grandfather of Anthony and Malakai Riddle. He served in the ARMY and will be lovingly missed by his family and friends.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 PM in the family owned Parkview Funeral Home, 7527 Harford Rd, Parkville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, November 4, 2021 at 11:00 AM in St. Ursula Catholic Church, 8801 Harford Rd, Parkville. Interment with presentation of Military Honors will follow in Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
