Eileen Franch, age 78 of Baltimore passed away Thursday, January 2, 2020. Born in New York, NY to the late Michael and Alice (Edgerton) Ochis; beloved husband of Michael Franch; loving mother of Emily Franch; dear sister of the late Robert Ochis. She earned a Juris Doctorate Degree and was an Attorney at Law.

An Interment Service with Green Burial will be held on Monday, January 13, 2020 at 11:30 AM in Baltimore Hebrew Cemetery, 2100 Belair Rd, Baltimore
